Tenants
- We conduct a full national criminal background check on each applicant
- We pull the applicants credit report to see their payment trends and history
- We verify their employment and work history
- We verify their rental or mortgage history
- We calculate their ability to pay rent
Management
- Our management fee is is 8-10% of the gross rents(depending on # of units)
- We are available to tenants for all emergency needs that may arise
- We provide you the owner with a monthly profit and loss sheet
- We take care of all utility and/or other payments you may have on a monthly basis
- Evictions are a flat fee of $599 for an uncontested eviction
- Collections are handle by one of the states top collection attorneys in a prompt and efficient manner.
Maintenance
- We over look all maintenance needs that are performed on your property with our in house maintenance crew that performs almost all maintenance on properties. We have a wide range of certified repair men to perform any and all repairs that your property may come in need of. i.e- HVAC,plumbing,electrical,flooring,roofing,yard care,snow removal,cabinetry,painting,etc.
- Whether or not your repairs are large or small we can take care of them all at a lower price than our competition due to our in house repair crew and wholesale accounts for any and all products needed.
